Questions

Camp FAQs

Who handles registration and payment?

Cary sessions are registered and paid through the Town of Cary (RecTrac) on the age-group activity page. Pittsboro baseball and softball at Next Level Swings will be registered and paid through Modern Day Coach once schedules are published.

What does “partnered” pricing mean in Cary?

Partnered pricing applies to players enrolled through Town of Cary / partner pathways as defined on the Town registration system. Non-partnered pricing applies to all other registrants. Final eligibility is confirmed at Town of Cary checkout.

How often do camps meet?

Cary meets Tuesdays and Thursdays by age group (7–9 at 5:00–6:30 PM; 10–12 at 6:30–8:30 PM). Pittsboro baseball and softball at Next Level Swings are coming soon — once per week across three consecutive 1-hour slots (max 4 players per coach).

Is this the same as the MDC membership product?

No. Offseason camps are in-person development sessions. The MDC membership (powered by UniteHQ) is the structured player-development plan and member hub families can use year-round. Many families use both.
